    When your FUJIFILM Data Collection Agent (DCA) is offline, your store's printer won't send alerts to FUJIFILMs portal, and auto-ordering won't work. To get your DCA back online, please follow the steps below. In the meantime, you can place manual orders using your current meter readings.

  • Please note: Serial Number, Model Number & Meter reads are required by Fuji in order to process a manual ink order, if you do not provide your meter reads, the order will be rejected by Fuji. Click Here for instructions on how to find your meter reads, the serial and model number is located on the device. Please note down and place near your computer for future orders.
