Terms & Conditions
- Please note that En Primeur Hong Kong Membership is only open to those with a valid Hong Kong residential address.
- The membership is valid for 12 months from the date we receive the recipient's application form. This will be determined as the start date of the membership.
- The membership must be activated within 30 days from the purchased date. Shall the recipient fail to submit their application form within 30 days, the membership start date will automatically be on the 30th day from purchased date. This date is determined as the billing cycle date of the annual membership.
- The buyer and the recipient will only receive the gift card once the annual membership fee is fully paid.
- The buyer gives 67 Pall Mall (Hong Kong) Ltd consent to contact the recipient for the purpose of the application of their membership.
- The membership is not for resale and cannot be transferred to another person.
- The annual membership purchased, and F&B credit vouchers and the bottle of champagne cannot be exchanged in cash.
- No refunds will be issued once the invoice is paid.
- No partial refund will be given, shall the member wishes to resign from their membership before the end date.
- After 12 months of membership, the member will receive a renewal invoice, shall the member wishes to continue their membership at 67 Pall Mall (Hong Kong).
- A proof of ID will be requested on the membership application form for their proof of age.
