  • Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
    I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:

    Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in online personal training sessions provided by Leon Maka.
    Health Acknowledgment: I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in these activities. I have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to exercise safely.
    Risks Involved: I acknowledge that physical exercise, including online training, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or adverse health reactions. I assume all risks associated with my participation.
    No Medical Advice: I understand that the personal trainer is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. I am responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

  • Waiver and Release of Liability
    I hereby release and discharge Leon Maka from any and all claims, liability, or causes of action arising out of or connected to my participation in the online personal training program.

    Indemnity Clause
    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leon Maka from any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from my participation in the program.

    Confidentiality
    I understand that all personal information shared during the program will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of developing a fitness plan.

    Technology Disclaimer
    I understand that online training relies on third-party software and internet connectivity, which may experience interruptions. Leon Maka is not responsible for any technical difficulties, missed sessions, or injuries resulting from miscommunication during virtual training.

    Fitness Progress Disclaimer
    I understand that fitness progress depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to individual effort, adherence to the program, and pre-existing conditions. Leon Maka does not guarantee specific results.
