  • Show Dates & Times: Saturday, February 28, 2026, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. AND Sunday, March 1, 2026 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Show Location: Medina County Community Center at the Fairgrounds (indoors), 735 Lafayette Rd. (US 42), Medina, OH 44256

    Public Admission: $5 adults, $4 Seniors 60+, children 12 & under free

  • EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

    • Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis after Registration Form and Payment in Full are received.
    • An attempt will be made to honor requests for the same space as 2025 for those who register and pay in full by JAN 10, 2026.
    • If you have a space preference, you can request first, second and third choice by number in the "Special Requests" box. Space requests cannot be guaranteed.
    • Pipe and drape backdrops will be provided. All exhibit materials must be confined to the booth space assigned. No fliers or promotional materials are to be hung up, displayed or distributed outside of your designated booth area.
    • Certificate of Insurance is required. Space reservation is not guaranteed until a certificate of insurance is received. Please send a copy to medinahomegardenshow@gmail.com
    • Set Up Time: Friday, February 27, 2026 from 12 to 5 p.m. and Saturday, February 28 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
    • Large setups requiring use of overhead garage doors for access or forklift for set up must be set up by noon on Friday, February 27. The garage doors will be blocked after 12 noon. Garage door openings are 12' high. There will be a forklift and driver available on Friday morning from 8 am to noon only if requested on registration form. 
    • Electricity and two chairs per booth will be provided for free. 6 ft. and 8 ft. tables can be rented for $20.
    • Tear Down: Sunday, March 1 from 5:01pm to 7pm and Monday, March 2 from 8 am to 12 noon. The building will be closed at noon on Monday, March 2.
    • NO REFUNDS LATER THAN THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW

    BOOTH PRICING

    • 10'x10' - $410  Booth fee goes up to $495 after Feb. 1
    • 10'x8' - $360   Booth fee goes up to $450 after Feb. 1
    • Outdoor (outside) 10'X10' - $275
    • Corner guarantee - add $70 per corner. Available on first come, first served basis.
