I, (COACH) hereby agree to sign this release and waiver.
Accordingly, I agree unconditionally release, waive, and discharge Eat Speed Elite 7v7 (Explosive Athlete Training), its commission, employees, agents, and servants. In addition, I agree to indemnify completely, the releases against all claims, demands, and actions arising out of my actions or involvement with Eat Speed Elite 7v7.
I expressly agree that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Florida, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full force and effort.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND WAIVER AND KNOW THE CONTENTS THEREOF HAVE SIGNED THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER AS MY OWN FREE ACT.
I also certify that my child has NO HEALTH OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS which will hamper his/her ability to perform as a player or cause his/her participation to be unsafe to themselves or other participants.
