Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024-2025 United We Row Mentorship Program. There is no cost to apply for or participate in the program as a mentor or mentee.

Requirements:

1. Must be a member of USRowing
2. Must be Level 2 certified
3. Must commit to scheduling a minimum of one meeting per month with a mentee
4. Must commit to 3 months of mentorship
