  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 United We Row Mentorship Program. There is no cost to apply for or participate in the program as a mentor or mentee.

    Requirements:

    1. USRowing Member
    2. Level-2 certified (Or registered within three months of the program ending)
    3. Commit to one-on-on communications outside of designated meeting times
    4. Commit to four months of mentorship
