Location: Whoop-Up Days Marketplace, located in Trade Hall C & UFA Hall

Provided Set-up: Equipment setup will include one (1) microphone, Speakers, a Mixer and minimal audio support.

Performance Dates: Tuesday, August 19 - Saturday, August 23

Performance Times:
- 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Artist Compensation: $75 per 1-hour time slot

Rules & Regulations
- Performances must be appropriate for guests of all ages.
- Performances must be upbeat and in keeping with the tone of the event.
- Buskers must perform in the designated area(s) in the Whoop-Up Days Marketplace.
- Performers should be considerate to Marketplace vendors.
- Merchandise is not permitted to be sold unless approved by LDE in advance.
- Performers under 18 must have the approval of their legal guardian.
- Performers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Buskers are not permitted to perform without being scheduled by LDE.
- The usage of hazardous materials, including but not limited to flammable, toxic, or other dangerous substances, as well as potentially harmful items like swords, firearms, knives and any other weapons, are prohibited from performances unless authorized by LDE.
- Prior to performing, all props intended for use in a performance must by approved by LDE.

Application Submission

This submission is subject and bound to all rules & regulations. The applicant, having read the policies, rules & regulations understands they form part of this contract, as entered into with Lethbridge & District Exhibition.
