Gallery submissions are now open for Art Circuit 2025, a unique bus tour connecting art lovers with Hamilton’s vibrant gallery scene.

Friday, October 3th from 7-10pm
Saturday, October 4th from 12pm - 3pm
🚍 The Circuit: A looping bus tour of 4 local Hamilton galleries hosting their opening receptions on the same evening.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your gallery, engage with collectors and art enthusiasts, and support the local art community. Let’s celebrate Hamilton’s thriving art scene together!
We anticipate an attendance of 500 - 700 visitors throughout the evening over the four venues. Attendees are a mix of artists, collectors and community members.

Participating Gallery RequirementsÂ
If your gallery is accepted to be a part of Art Circuit 2025 there will be a $250 Gallery Participation Fee. This fee will cover the promotional costs and overall administration fees.
Promotional costs includes:
- TV, print and digital promo and advertisting (including Akimbo, CHCH, The Hamilton Specator, Hamilton City Magazine, etc.)
- Virtual Recognition in event promotion on social media and on website.
- Logo and tagging (where applicable) on virtual sharings of the Art Circuit event
- Online marketing and promo runs from June up until the event on October 4th.
- Tags in social media posts for the evening and leading up to.
- Special feature on Art Circuit's instagram with logo, photos and brief statement.
- Logo, photos and brief statement on Art Circuit webpage.

Committee Involvement:
Each gallery must provide one contact person to attend organizational meetings, participate in the jury, and assist with event administration.
Show Requirements:
Must be a group show featuring at least 4 artists.
The show must premiere on the event night and remain on display throughout October.
Entrance to each venue will be free for all visitors, however bus tickets will be available for purchase and emphasis will be placed on the bus experience.
Event Coordination:
The Art Circuit committee will handle overall logistics, including bus costs, coordination, advertising, branding, and refreshments.
Galleries are responsible for managing their own exhibitions, including budgeting, income, and expenses.
