  • DUE TO NEW EPA RESTRICTIONS, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO WASHING OF UNITS ALLOWED IN YOUR DISPLAY AREA OR PARKING LOTS. ALL UNIT WASHING MUST TAKE PLACE IN DESIGNATED WASH AREAS.

    All washing companies must be pre-registered and provide the Association with a Certificate of Insurance and proof of Workers Compensation, (Sample COI). A Certificate of Insurance must be attached to your Wash Permit Application. All companies must adhere to the standard insurance requirements put forth in the 2026 Florida RV SuperShow Rules and Regulations. 

    Upon approval a map will be sent with your desingnated washing area. Units can be staged in the parking lot and moved to your area as needed. Once units are set into the display, they may be detailed but not washed. Any company found in violation of these rules will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include fines or suspension of operations. Applicable fines are listed below.

                        1st Occurance - $500.00 fine
                        2nd Occurance - $1,000.00 fine
                        3rd Occurnace - removal from FL RV SuperShow.  

    EPA Officials require all chemicals/cleaning supplies be biodegradable and proof must be available and on-site for their possible inspection.

    All Wash Companies must pay $300.00 for a Water Permit.

    Any and all violators will be subject to removal from the FL RV SuperShow and exhibiting company may face penalties and/or loss of future exhibit rights into any FRVTA sponsored events.
