This registration form is for Open NLN NCLEX Readiness Reviews scheduled by NLN Assessment Services.
The Open NCLEX Readiness Review is for individual students and small programs seeking a cost-effective option to prepare for the NCLEX exam. Please note that this course is not intended for school faculty or other personnel.

Upon receipt of registration and payment, you will recieve your NLN NCLEX Readiness Review Workbook and Readiness Exam voucher by email. The link to the Zoom will be sent a week before the review. NLN NCLEX Readiness Exams are administered online through Proctor 360 and require a scheduled appointment.
