This form is to be submitted by rental property tenants once the Homeowner or Property Manager has approved the Membership Assignment. Homeowner or Property Managers: Please forward this form to your Tenant.
Membership Assignment Rules:

• Membership may be assigned for duration of 2025 only. Eligibility for membership is based on the payment of annual lot assessment.

• Must pay membership assignment administration fee of $150.

• Owner must have a $0.00 balance for all lots owned.

• Associate members must upgrade to full membership for an additional $253.

• Membership assignment is valid for the duration of the lease. If the lease carries over the new year, owner will not be required to pay new fees.

• Homeowners who assigned their membership will not be eligible to receive cards during the period of membership assignment.

• Any changes to the (1) person (2) duration of assignment or (3) property address after ID cards are issued, will require a new Membership Assignment form to be submitted by owner/property manager. New ID cards will be printed at the regular rate of $35 per adult & $15 per dependent.

• Only one complimentary guest pass will be issued per property, per year. Owner must notify Continental Country Club if they wish to have their one complimentary guest pass for the year issued to their tenants.

• Owners/property manager must inform tenants of applicable CC&R’s and rules & regulations of the association. Owners/property managers will be notified of tenants violating the CC&R’s. It is the responsibility of the owner & property manager to be sure violations are corrected.

I am aware that, as the Tenant, it is my responsibility to adhere to the Membership Policies, CC&R’s and Single Family Rules, Rules & Regulations, and understand that the Owner will be notified of violations of the CC&Rs, which may result in a fine.

2025 Liability Waiver

I hereby agree to assume all risk of injury to me and/or my family/guest(s) while using any of the Club’s facilities, equipment, services, or programs. I hereby waive any and all claims or actions I may have against Continental Country Club and its employees as a result of such injury, be it as a result of the equipment and facilities, due to a medical condition, or a combination of both. Each member who signs below understands and agrees to adhere to this waiver of liability.
