Our goal at Doctors for America is to highlight the impact that the firearm violence public health crisis has on physicians and patients. Your story will be used to emphasize how pervasive the firearm violence public health crisis is in our country. We want to share stories that will remind physicians and healthcare workers of the role they can play in helping patients and those close to them recover from the traumatic effects of firearm violence.

For this project, we are hoping to collect responses from survivors of firearm violence, witnesses of firearm violence, and/or those who have lost someone to firearm violence.
