EVENT VENUE - 9 Dunnotar Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland

PLEASE NOTE: All stall holders MUST supply their own gazebo/ marquee, equipment, power leads and generators (where applicable).

There is no cost to have a stall however we are asking for $100 bond to secure your spot. This will be refunded after the event however if you do a no show, then this is non refundable.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read and accept the following terms:
- All goods & products must be removed at the end of the event.
- Stall holders are responsible for their own rubbish.
- Stall holders are responsible for water & oil disposal.
- Cancellation notices will be made Two Days prior to the event date.
- Compliance with local regulations and permits is required.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse applications.
-Any signage items must not impede into other stallholders spaces.
-A $100 bond is payable on acceptance of your registration to hold / reserve your spot.
-Where there is a 'no show' you will forfeit the $100.00 bond.

All food handling stalls:
-Must ensure food is prepared & cooked in a clean and sanitary area.
-You assume all risk for the food you serve and sell
