2025 Emerging Leaders Program

Application Form
The 2025 Emerging Leaders Program will be expanding into three phases:

Phase 1 - Introduction to the Industry

Phase 1 will aim to introduce participants to various areas of the industry through short courses, online sessions and in-person experiences.

COURSE CONTENT
- Online Participation Coaching Course
- Online Officiating Course
- Online Intro to Tournaments & Events Workshop
- 4 x Court Supervisor/Tournament Assistant (must be Regional or Sanctioned events)
CRITERIA TO JOIN PROGRAM
- 14 years or older
- Must be involved with a Tennis Queensland Affiliated Venue
- Must agree to program Terms & Conditions
- A willingness to progress more in the Tennis Industry
Phase 2 - Expand Your Knowledge

Phase 2 will allow participants to expand their knowledge in the areas of coach, official and tournament director through short courses, online sessions and in-person experiences, whilst tasking the participant with delivering key outcomes.

COURSE CONTENT
- Trainee Coaching Course (fully-subsidised)
- Officiating Workshop (in-person)
- Tournament Director Workshop (in-person)
- Regional or Club Project
- Regional Assembly Presentation
CRITERIA TO JOIN PROGRAM
- 16 years or older
- Completed Phase 1 | Emerging Leaders or TA Participation Coaching Course
- Holds an active Blue Card
- Must be involved with a Tennis Queensland Affiliated Venue
- Must agree to program Terms & Conditions
- A willingness to progress more in the Tennis Industry
Phase 3 - Specialise in the Industry

Phase 3 is designed and aimed to provide an array of opportunities through face-to-face workshops, education and practical experience with a framework focused on personal growth, industry learnings and professional development.COURSE

- Structured around two pivotal program components, primary and secondary, components can be viewed here.
CRITERIA TO JOIN PROGRAM
- 18 years or older (or finished High School)
- Must be an Emerging Leader Phase 2 Graduate or have completed the Trainee Coaching Course
- Must be involved with a Tennis Queensland Affiliated Venue
- Must agree to program Terms & Conditions
- A willingness to progress more in the Tennis Industry
