VEVO Video Transfer Request

If the video you want to transfer to VEVO is not already uploaded to a VEVO channel you will need to finish the following steps before filling out this form:

1. Upload the video through the upload process in your artist dashboard
   • Make sure that when uploading you enter INVALIDVEVO as the channel name
2. Make sure that any Content ID claims on your video that aren't placed by Merlin [GSDistroPartners] have been released on the video uploaded on your channel
3. Fill out this form to request the video transfer once your video is in "Delivered" status.

If the video you want to transfer to VEVO is already uploaded to a VEVO channel you will need to finish the following steps before filling out this form:

1. Upload the video through the upload process in your artist dashboard
   • Make sure to enter the ISRC of the video with your other distributor.
   • Our system will still assign a new UPC for your transferred product though.
2. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT FOR DISTRIBUTION, please fill out this form to identify your video uploads as transfers.
   • You can use this form to request multiple VEVO transfers but each ISRC will need to be uploaded individually to your artist dashboard.

Unfortunately we can not transfer a video to VEVO which has active CID claims on it, please get all claims on this video released before continuing with this transfer submission.

Please be aware as a part of the transfer process, VEVO will check with the current distributor to make sure that the transfer is legitimate. Please give the current distributor of these videos notice that you are intending to transfer them.

I acknowledge that I have directed YouTube to move Video(s) from one YouTube channel to another, along with any associated assets and claims (together, the “Assets”) in YouTube’s system for the duration of the Campaign (collectively, the “Video Update”):

I certify that I am the owner of the Video(s) and/or have the right and authority to transfer the Video(s) on the owners behalf, along with the Assets to the new channel;

I acknowledge that during the Campaign, (1) the Video(s) and Assets will be subject to the terms of the existing license agreement between the receiving platform and Google, (2) the agreement governing the licensing and monetization of the content on YouTube by the original channel will cease to apply to the Video(s) and Assets; (3) the Video Update does not alter my obligations, representations, or warranties under my existing agreements; (4) Google will not be responsible for any errors that occur as a result of the Video Update; and (5) my personal information may be shared with the receiving platform as a result of this transfer and may be transmitted outside my home country where different data protection laws may apply, and I consent to this disclosure.
