Payment Terms: Payment is generally due after completion of service, unless otherwise noted. Failure to pay within this period may result in cancellation of services and a pause on any future work until the balance is cleared.
Service Standards: All work will be completed to a high professional standard using commercial-grade equipment. However, results may vary depending on property conditions, weather, or access limitations.
Access: The client agrees to provide clear access to the property during the scheduled service time. Any blocked access or delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Property Risks: Pride of Tennessee Property Services is not liable for damage to hidden objects such as irrigation lines, low-voltage wiring, or other underground items unless notified in writing prior to service.
Weather Delays: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, clients will be notified and rescheduled at the earliest possible time.
Scope of Work: Work is based on the services agreed upon in the estimate or quote. Additional tasks or changes must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.
