What will this forum cover?
In delivering the 'Specialist Homelessness Services, Professional Practice Framework' (SHSPPF), Homelessness Qld seeks to engage with funded Specialist Homelessness Services, and other organisations that provide support to people experiencing homelessness or uncertain housing, and organisations/agencies from the broader human service system through a series of regional and online workshops.
Informed by co-creation, collective impact and place-based approaches, the forum will provide opportuntites for participants to be updated on and inform the following:
1. Specialist Homelessness Services Professional Practice Framework (Standards and Principles). Where things are at in testing the standards.
2. Multi-Disciplinary Case Management Model (Draft). Opportuntity to understand, discuss and further inform research undertaken by Homelessness Qld, when considering a contemporary, multi-disciplinary and outcomes focused case management model.
3. Defining outcomes', what is an 'Outcome' and what would an 'Outcomes Framework' look like within a housing and homelessness context?
4. Collaboration and synergy: How does the regional eco-system collaborate, and what benefits are gained when collectively responding to people with housing or homelessness challenges, in addition to experiencing a range of other unmet needs?
