Camper Expectations

While swimming is not mandatory, campers attending a watersports camp should feel comfortable in the water while wearing a buoyancy aid, even if they lack swimming skills.

To determine eligibility for the camp, please respond to the following questions with 'Yes' or 'No'.*

I acknowledge that my child is expected to participate in all activities, understanding that failure to do so may necessitate a call for pick-up. Considering that all activities are water-based, any refusal to participate will affect the availability of instructors to facilitate the camp program for the other participants.

Camp Drop-Off & Pick-Up

The Camp runs from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Drop-off hours are between 8:45 am and 9:00 am, with pick-up starting at 1:00 pm and concluding at 1:15 pm. The designated drop-off and pick-up location is the 'Beach Entrance Security Desk'. It is mandatory for parents to drop off their child(ren) and promptly leave the premises to promote independence and prevent disruption of activities. Nannies are not permitted to remain on the premises with the child(ren).

Parental Authorization for Camp Sign-in/Sign-out

Only the individuals listed on this Registration Form will be permitted to sign the camper(s) out at the end of each camp day. All persons picking up campers will be asked for identification for pick up.
We understand that some campers may be arriving and leaving by taxi or with a driver. Therefore, they might have the option to sign themselves in and out of the camp with parental permission. Please select one of the following options:*

Late Drop-off, Early Pick- Up & Late Pick-Up

- Any child arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to participate in the camp activities for the day.
- Even with prior notification, if we are informed that your child will be late, we will not be able to accommodate them. Once activities have started, it becomes challenging to integrate late arrivals into the program. We kindly ask that all children arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
- If your child is more than 15 minutes late, please do not drop them off, as there will be no staff available at the gate to receive them. In such cases, we kindly ask you to take them back, as they will not be the responsibility of the camp staff.
- I acknowledge the early pick-up policy and understand that I must notify camp staff at least one day in advance.

Photography and Video Consent and Memory Sharing
During the camp, photographs or video footage of groups and individuals will be captured by the camp staff for event documentation, and general promotional use both on and off line. No identifying information, apart from names, will be associated with these images when published. These images may be shared across various digital and print media platforms. Please note that as this is a public place, beyond our control, random individuals may also be taking pictures. Additionally, these captured moments will serve as cherished memories, and a link containing the photos taken during the camp will be shared with all parents.*

Parents Orientation Day
If you're interested in joining us, we'll be hosting a parent orientation day on Thursday, December 19th at 5:30pm. It's an opportunity for parents to meet our camp staff, tour the premises, explore the facilities, and have all their questions answered. Please indicate your interest by ticking the box.
