Terms and Conditions for 'Pick Your Price' Method

We're excited to offer a new and flexible way for you to claim the unique creations we offer. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase. By proceeding with your transaction, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. 'Pick Your Price' Option

We are offering the option for customers to 'Pick Your Price' on certain items in our collection. This means that you, the customer, may select the price that resonates most with you, based on the value you perceive for the product, your current budget, and personal circumstances. This flexible pricing is available for the following products:

- Pre-made crystal jewelry

- Herbal teas

- Herbal baths

- Yoni steams

- Sage bundles

 

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders, including wire wrap jewelry with specific crystals or custom-made pieces, will require a standard fee of $50, plus an additional $10 for the specific crystal requested. Custom orders are not eligible for the 'Pick Your Price' option.

 

3. Personal Services

- One-on-One Yoga and Meditation Sessions: These services are available at the standard rate and are not part of the 'Pick Your Price' method.

- Breathwork, Coaching, and Meditation Sessions: These services will remain at the regular price.

 

4. Crystal Giveaway and 'Pick Your Price' for Crystals

For our crystal offerings, we provide an exciting opportunity for you to claim a free crystal based on your needs. Please follow the process below:

- Step 1: Select your intended crystal (based on size, color, or specific intention like focus, attraction, etc.)

- Step 2: Complete the form with the following questions:

    - What size crystal are you looking for?

    - Do you have a specific color preference?

    - What is your intention for this crystal (e.g., attracting abundance, focus, love, etc.)?

- Step 3: Based on the information you provide, we will choose the most appropriate crystal to send to you, free of charge.

- Step 4: After completing the form, you must answer three questions about the crystal, your price, and the energy exchange.

 

**Note:** This offer is for a *limited selection* of crystals, and the crystals will be chosen based on the information you provide. You will be asked to complete an additional task (like sharing, liking, or tagging on social media) before the crystal is shipped.

 

5. Order Confirmation and Follow-Up

After claiming an item or crystal, you will be redirected to a form where you will be required to answer the following three questions:

    1. What drew you to this item or crystal?

    2. Why did you choose the price you did (for items that are not free)?

    3. How do you see this exchange benefiting both of us as we grow together?

 

Failure to Complete: If the form is not completed and the additional task (social media engagement) is not fulfilled within **8 days**, we have the right to terminate the transaction and issue a full refund.

 

6. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within **30 days** of purchase, provided that the item is in **good condition**. Return requests must be made via email or our contact form. 

- Items that are returned in damaged or used condition will **not** be returned.

- Returns will be issued to the original payment method used.

 

7. Completing the Transaction

By claiming an item or crystal, you agree to:

- Complete the form with accurate and honest answers.

- Engage with us on social media as required (like, share, comment, or tag 3 friends).

- Ensure that all steps are completed within **8 days** to avoid transaction termination and refund.

 

Failure to complete these steps within the designated time frame will result in the cancellation of your transaction, and any funds paid will be refunded in full.

 

8. Shipping and Handling

We are happy to offer **free shipping and handling** to customers within the United States. Shipping fees may apply for international orders.

- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, should your item be lost or damaged, we would be happy to recreate something similar to what you ordered.
