Mind Body Soul Application 2025

Thank you for taking the time & offering your energies to join us in making the Noisily Mind Body Soul area the vibrant, expansive & soul nourishing space it has become.

Noisily offers an alternative to mainstream festival culture, an inclusive haven where underground music thrives & self-expression flourishes. We are committed to creating a space for our community to safely explore, learn, create & connect with each other & nature through an array of lovingly curated experiences & offerings. 

We have a brilliant, receptive and conscious community who we aim to inspire & activate through transformational experience and creative expression, and we want you to help us on that mission. By seeding personal growth, connection and social responsibility through art, music and healing, we hope to spark real positive change, empowering us all to work together & with our beautiful world.

This year we land with a new theme, We are Collective - a calling to remember our living interconnection, celebrate our loving community & the universal power alive within each of us.

This year at Noisily we choose to celebrate each other, our beautiful community & living interconnection with all beings, life & matter. We remember that we are stardust, soils, spiraling specks of the universe; we remember that nothing in this world happens in isolation & we remember our energetic power as individuals within the collective field. 

We are alive at a time of great transition; a time of hyper-connection and deep disconnection. It is a time where we are called to unlearn ways of being, question ways of doing & unite in the messy web of being human; to welcome the dark squelch of decay & birth a new paradigm rooted in our living interconnection, alive with the pulse of the universe. 

We invite you to gather with this deep knowing in your cells; to feel the infinite possibilities that flow between us, the Earth, her trees, soils & stars; to land in the full magic of Barkestone Woods with this as our seed of intention. As we dance, move, hug, create, dream, share & connect, we do so as a living prayer, remembering all we are, all we have been & all we may be in cycles to come. Together we tune into the power & possibility of our living web to feel, embody & activate the full spectrum of our aliveness; calling in love, peace & liberation for all beings, all life.  

We are Collective.

We are looking for thought leaders, healers, yogis, wisdom keepers, ritualists, space holders, performers, embodied explorers, makers, story tellers, scientists, movement practitioners, nature whisperers and everything in between. All is welcome, we celebrate diversity & together hope to weave something magical. 

When it comes to all applications for classes we invite you to offer unique content inspired by our beautiful theme. We want to tickle, inspire, enrich and get under the skin of our wonderful crowd, as we feel they deserve something special.

At Noisily we have 5 main spaces, Mind, Body, Soul, Craft & Unite. We will place you in one depending on where we feel your offering fits best - unless you are bringing your own space of course. 

This year alongside our Healing Village we will also be introducing a Craft Village for craft led traders offering workshops. Please lookout for the new invitation in this form. 

The area opens to the public 12pm on Thursday 10th July, and closes on Sunday 13th July at the end of the day. Content is programmed in the daytime through to early evening.

• Noisily is strictly an over 18 event, please do not bring any minors with you otherwise they will be turned away.
• Only registered guide dogs are allowed on site, please do not bring any others under any circumstances. Please inform us if you plan to bring your guide dog.
• Please do not request more tickets than you need to deliver your offering.

Within Mind Body Soul, we aim to have a healthy balance of free & paid for content. The ticketed workshops are sold on a 50/50 split with Noisily to help support the area costs. The open workshops & events allow our wonderful community to explore & enjoy a deeper festival experience without additional cost. 

We require that all practitioners have their own Public Liability Insurance and other relevant Health & Safety documents which we will be collecting upon confirmation. Should your application be successful, we will send you a separate link to collect these documents. 

A pitch is £350+VAT for a pitch with 2 passes, and £150 for each extra pass up to 4. This will be invoiced in advance, 50% upon confirmation, 50% at the end of June. We will be supporting and working with you promotionally in the run up, the more information and material we have the more collaborative and far-reaching we can be :)

 Clients will be able to book with you direct both on site & in advance, & we will also point people in the right direction from our MBS Hub. You have total autonomy on your working hours, be we do ask you are open for 8 of 24 hours. 

We are excited to be introducing a new Craft Village within MBS this year - a space for crafts & makers to bring their own set up, hosting workshops for our community to learn new skills such as jewelry making, leatherwork, weaving, etc. You may also use your pitch to sell your crafts. We encourage regular daily classes at an affordable fee. A guide price is £350+VAT for a pitch (workshop offerings & pitch size dependent) with 2 passes, and £150 for each extra pass up to 4. This will be invoiced in advance, 50% upon confirmation, 50% at the end of June. We will be supporting and working with you promotionally in the run up, the more information and material we have the more collaborative and far-reaching we can be :)

• All structures and vehicles must be in place and fully erected by 3pm ready for H&S sign off on the Wednesday 9th of July.
  
  
• All deliveries of equipment must be complete by 3pm on the 9th of July
  
  
• Derig can only start after 12pm on Monday 14th of July 
  
  
• Due to the position of the area in the campsite. The earliest that vehicles will be allowed into the area is 2pm on the 14th. While we aim to have the campsite clear by then, we reserve the right to refuse access to the area until 6pm depending on number of public remaining.

In support of achieving our sustainability aims, we would kindly ask that - 

• In respect of any products you use, please make sure that human welfare is considred, is the item where applicable fair trade.
• Please only use organic, sustainable, harmful chemical free products that  have not been tested on animals
• Support our aim to create a single-use plastic free festival by not bringing single-use plastic bottles
• Bringing your own reusable water bottle
• Avoiding where possible the use of plastic wrapping on items
• Use only 100% Paraben and SLS free washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner and personal care products such as shampoo and soap in all areas of site including the showers
• Use car share, public transport where possible
• Only use biodegradable glitter and absolutely avoid the use any microplastics
