Compliance and Repayment Policy:
All grant criteria must be met. Failure to comply may result in a requirement to repay the awarded funds in full.
Any repayment will be enforced by the City of Glasgow’s attorney’s office and made payable to the Glasgow TBID.
Reimbursement and Final Report Requirements:
Request for Reimbursement:Must be submitted no later than 60 days after the tournament concludes. All final reporting must be completed using the link on the Glasgow TBID website.
Important Notes:
Failure to submit the reimbursement request and final report within the stated timeframe may impact funding.
Ensure all required documents are accurate and complete.
Event and Project Promotion: The Grantee is required to acknowledge Glasgow TBID’s support in any and all advertising, marketing materials, press releases, and social media posts related to the event or project. The following wording should be used: “This tournament is made possible in part by a grant from Glasgow Tourism Improvement Business District (Glasgow TBID).”
Logo Usage: The official Glasgow TBID logo must be included in all digital and print promotional materials. The logo file will be provided by Glasgow TBID and may not be altered in any way.
