     ALL VENDOR FEES ARE DUE BY JUNE 1, 2025 TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. 

    Single Market Sunday $30.00 per Sunday plus GST

    Full-time Sunday June 8 to September 28 (17 weeks) $420.00 plus GST (three weeks discounted)

  • The RM of East St. Paul aims to create a diverse market with many vendors and different varieties of product. The RM of East St. Paul Recreation Coordinator and the Farmers Market Assistant will review all applications to select a mix of vendors for each market according to the Farmers Market Operating Policy and Procedures. Understand that not all applicants are granted space. Every application will be kept on file in the case of cancellations.

    Vendors must abide by all rules and regulations stated in the East St. Paul Farmers Market Rules and Regulations. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations will result in the removal of the vendor's booth and may jeopardize the vendors' future involvement with the East St. Paul Farmers Market.

  • I, the vendor, understand the Manitoba Department of Health regulations in regards to my product and agree that the RM of East St. Paul is not responsible for any health infractions that occur to vendors.

    I, the vendor, understand that the vendor releases the East St. Paul Farmers Market and the host location, or any of its assignees and employees, from any injury or damage incurred by the vendor. The vendor also releases the East St. Paul Farmers Market and its organizers from all liability and responsibility for any theft or damage to goods included in the display during and/or after the market.

  • East St. Paul Farmers Market Guidelines

    Please read and understand all Market Guidelines

    • The market will occur on Sundays at 302 Hoddinott Road beginning June 8, 2025 - September 28, 2025.
    • Market opens at 10:00am and closes at 2:00pm.
    • Vendors can begin setting up any time after 8:00am.
    • Vendors must be present at the market and checked in by 9:30am. Keep in mind of the late penalty in the Rules and Regulations.
    • If you have not checked in by 9:30, we, the RM of East St Paul Farmers Market team, reserve the right to replace your spot with a new vendor.
    • Vendors cannot begin to pack up until 2:00pm, weather conditions permitting.
    • Vendors must be off the Farmers Market site by 3:00pm.
    • During high application requests, first priority will go to local Farmers and Artisans, however, applications that are aligned with East St. Paul Farmers Market objectives are given priority.
    • The Market Representative will take in consideration all requests but is not required to fulfill any request for new or returning vendors.
    • It is not the responsibility of the Farmers Market staff to keep your products cold, hot, or protected. It is the responsibility of the vendor to maintain their own products.
    • Parking is available adjacent to the Farmers Market site in the Arena and Recreation Complex parking lot. Vehicles will not be permitted on the Farmers Market site unless otherwise arranged with the market manager or authorized personnel or unless dropping off/picking up product.
    • Portable public washrooms are located at the Farmers Market entrance.
  • East St. Paul Farmers Market Rules and Regulations

    1.    All vendors are encouraged to read: The Province of Manitoba' 's Farmers Market Guidelines. http://www.gov.mb.ca/health/publichealth/environmentalhealth/protection/docs/farmers_market.pdf

    2.    There will be no tear down or removal of vendor booths prior to 2:00pm the day of the market. (Weather conditions permitting) This applies to vendors who sell out of products prior to closing.

    3.    Vendors are responsible for the set up and take down of their own booth as well as the clean-up necessary within their allotted area.

    4.    Staking down of tents/canopies/umbrellas is MANDATORY.

    5.    All vendors are required to clean up their site by 3:00pm. Water and ice are not permitted to be dumped on Farmers Market site. Keep in mind of appropriate drainage.

    6.    Vendors are required to supply their own tables, chairs, and tents as well as any other required equipment necessary.

    7.    Vendors and their signage and products must not encroach into their neighbours' space.

    8.    Vendors who sell prepared foods or sample edible products are required to adhere to all Food Handling Regulations set forth by Public Health Manitoba.

    9.    Farmers Market staff reserve the right to relocate vendors' booths due to extenuating circumstances. There is no absolute guarantee of booth positioning. Requests are considered and all efforts to accommodate everyone will be made.

    10. Vendor booths may not exceed the measurements of 12'X12'.

    11. Vendors are not permitted to lend their booths out to anyone not registered with the RM of East St. Paul.

    12. Vendors are not permitted to have pets on the Farmers Market site.

    13. Smoking and/or using a vaporizer is not permitted on the Market site.

    14. The use of alcohol and/or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the Market site.

    15. All vendors using power cords must have them out of sight, hidden, or covered to prevent a tripping hazard and other risks of injury.

    16. Generators and other equipment required to produce excessive noise are not permitted unless otherwise prearranged with the Farmers Market Representative Generators must have a DB level of 75 or lower.

    17. Parked vehicles will not be permitted on the Farmers Market site unless otherwise arranged with the Farmers Market Representative

    18. East St. Paul Farmers Market does not tolerate inappropriate behaviour including verbal abuse. physical assault, and/or harassment. If inappropriate action is reported, you may be asked to leave. Failure to comply will result with the involvement of local authorities.

    19. Vendors are required to give a minimum of 5-day notice of cancellation. Once a Vendor has cancelled, their spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list.

    20. Cancellations without proper notice will abide by the three strike rule. Vendors who cancel within 5 days more than 3 times may be suspended from the market. They may also jeopardize their involvement in future Farmers Market dates.

    21. There will be no refunds of Vendor fees due to Vendor unavailability, Vendor cancellation or due to Market cancellations as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

    22.  All vendor fees must be paid by June 1st to guarantee their spot for the season.

    23. Outstanding fees not paid by the due date will mean forfeiture of dates. 

    24. Requests for additional dates will not be approved until outstanding fees have been paid.  

    25. If a vendor is late for more than two times, they will be reviewed upon and may not be considered for future Markets.

    26. All vendors must understand that they do not have a designated spot in the Market. Vendors have the risk of being moved into a different spot each Sunday. Full-time Vendors may request a designated spot; however, allocation will be decided upon by the Farmers Market Representative

    27. In cases of bad weather, cancellation or early closure will be determined that day by the Farmers Market Representative. Vendors are still required to show up as booked in their application, unless otherwise notified by the Farmers Market Representative. In cases of rain (light showers/down pours), vendors have the option to pack up their product if it is at risk of damage but shall remain on the site unless approved to leave the site by the Farmers Market Representative. In cases of consistent lightning/thunder. the Market may cancel for part or all of the day. Cancellation and closures of the Market in all circumstances will be determined at the discretion of the Farmers Market Representative.
