Welcome to the SS. Peter & Paul School Angel Fund Scholarship Application

At SS. Peter & Paul School, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to receive a Catholic education. The Angel Fund Scholarship has been established to help families who may face financial challenges in pursuing this goal, ensuring that a Catholic education remains accessible to all.

Scholarship awards are determined by our Angel Fund Committee, which carefully reviews each family’s unique situation. Awards are based on financial need and a demonstrated belief in the value of Catholic education. Even if your family’s financial situation does not strictly meet traditional qualifications, we encourage you to apply—our process considers the entire family’s circumstances.

Please complete the application below in its entirety. To be considered, you will need to provide the following:

1.A completed application form (this form).

2.A copy of your 2023 Tax Return (upload option provided below).

3.A written statement explaining your family’s need for support, including any relevant details about your specific situation (text box provided below).

Our goal is to provide every child with the opportunity to be part of the SS. Peter & Paul family and continue their faith journey.

My/Our family needs tuition assistance to allow my/our child(ren) the opportunity to attend Ss. Peter and Paul School.I/We fully understand that any award will be applied monthly and that my tuition account and all fees must remain current in order to receive tuition assistance.I/We fully understand that all funds available for tuition assistance are secured from donations from various sources and are combined to assist all families that may be in need of assistance and that there is no guarantee of an award.I/We fully agree to all terms of this application process.I/We know that these funds are available for families on a need basis.I/We know we must apply each year to receive an award.I/We have also applied for an award from the BISON Fund.
I certify that all the information provided on this form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I promise to pay my child's school account in a timely manner and comply with the standards of Ss. Peter & Paul School. I understand that failure to comply with the above statements will result in the loss of my family's tuition assistance. Finally, I agree to release the Angel Fund from any and all liability in its efforts to provide this tuition assistance.
