Winter Outdoors Series - Ice Fishing with Inland Fisheries and Wildlife
Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025: Range Pond State Park, Ice Fishing with Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, 9 am - 4 pm. Bring your Outdoor Club to learn about ice fishing with MDIFW staff and game wardens. Students can try drilling holes with a manual or gas-powered auger, learn what kinds of fish there are to catch, and set up traps. Hopefully, the fish will be biting! Teens to Trails Program Manager, Sam Andrews, will also lead a snowshoe hike around the pond. Bring your own or borrow a pair! This event is FREE.
