Purpose of Agreement
This SPEAKER AGREEMENT for the personal services of an individual to speak at the Heritage and Cultural Celebration (HCC) program is made between Everbright, formerly Studio 5 - Learning + Development, Inc., (hereinafter called the “Organizer”) and the undersigned speaker (hereinafter called the “Speaker”), for the personal services of the Speaker.
Terms and Conditions
Provider's Responsibility

1. Honorarium/Payment:

The Organizer agrees to pay the Speaker an honorarium of $500 USD for their participation. Payment Term: Net 45

2. Technical Requirements:

The Speaker must have access to the necessary technology, including a reliable internet connection, microphone, and webcam, to participate in a Zoom webinar.

3. Cancellation Policy:

If the Speaker needs to cancel, they must notify the Organizer at least 30 Days in advance. If the Organizer cancels the event, the Speaker will be notified as soon as possible.

4. In Preparation, the Speaker agrees to:
- Participate in one dry-run/prep session at a mutually convenient time to be arranged.
