Pictures may be taken of myself and my child while participating in this class to be used on social media and marketing. No names or other identifying information will be shared.*

Classes will open as long as we have at least 3 children per class. The cost is next to each class.

Payments will need to make either check or cash to Kiddie Krafts Preschool. Payments will need to be made please within a week of confirming registration in order to secure your child's spot.

Refund policy: Refunds will be made if the request is made before the class begins.
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the “Parent and Me and/or Afterschool” classes involves physical activities that may carry certain risks, including but not limited to minor injuries such as bumps and bruises. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with my child and assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in "Parent and Me ” classes, I hereby release and hold harmless Kiddie Krafts Preschool, its staff, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff or instructors to seek medical treatment for my child or myself as deemed necessary. I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.
