1.) CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your subscription please let us know a full calendar months notice before your next payment. There is no refund once your month is paid.

My coaching is based on a minimum term of 3 months. After that initial period, you need to provide me with at least one full calendar month's notice of any changes or cancellations.

3.)LATE ARRIVALS & MISSING SESSIONS

Each session shall be 1 hour in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client. If sessions are missed these will not be rescheduled.

In the event the trainer must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, equipment failure, or emergencies) the session will not be deducted from the client. The trainer will offer a make up session within 14 days. If a make up session cannot be mutually agreed upon, the credit will roll over to the following month.

2.)MONTHLY BILLING

Monthly billing entitles the member to 4 sessions per month. In months were there are 5 weeks, the 5th session will be billed as an 'earned credit' to the members account. This credit will be automatically applied to cover future periods of trainer absence or gym closures. I will provide you with a clear POA to maintain the momentum of your health and fitness journey.

If you take a holiday then you must rearrange the sessions you would miss within the same calendar month. You must inform me when you plan and book your holidays so we can make alternative plans for your program. Please provide a minimum of one calendar month’s notice so we can rearrange appropriately for you (i wouldnt want you missing out!)

4.)PHOTOS/VIDEOS

Are you okay with any photos or videos being posted on social media? This can be discussed further if you pop me a message as we can do things like crop your face out ect.
