We will match you with a suitable roommate if one becomes available. However, all Double Rooms must have two people. If a roommate does not become available, please plan to upgrade to a Single King Room. We will honor the Single rate effective at the time of booking. BONUSES
Some attendees may be eligible for bonuses at the time of booking. Bonuses will be confirmed in a next steps email to each guest 48hours after purchase.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Your retreat booking is considered confirmed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation shall not be made within 75 days to the retreat, any cancellation made within this period shall attract a 100% forfeiture of your trip fee.
Similarly, no cancellation can be made upon the commencement of the retreat. If cancellation takes place during the retreat, 100% of your trip fee shall be forfeited.
For pay in full attendees, a refund is available until 75 calendar days prior to the Experience start date minus a $500 administration fee.
For payment plan attendees, a refund is available until 75 calendar days prior to the Experience start date minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
The refund cutoff date for Redeem Yourself Experience Labor Day Weekend is June 13, 2025.
After the refund cutoff date, you are responsible to pay the remaining balance in full unless Ascend Together cancels the Experience.
All refunds will be returned via Zelle.
You agree that neither the retreat host, Ascend Together nor its hotel partners or vendors will be liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply.
Ascend Together in their sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, act of God, government policies or any unforeseeable reason.
Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, Ascend Together will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year.
Due to the current climate, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” or “Cancel for Work” insurance.
