Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set forth obligations applicable to both parents and children attending Holiday Camp, organized by the company Different Route, LN 317975449, address Zavitan, 6, Lod, Israel, 7147706
GENERAL COMMITMENTS
1. The holiday in the Holiday Camp include:
- A daily program packed full of exciting activities
- Use of approved equipment
- Professional, friendly and encouraging activity instruction
- Full board accommodation
- Fun-filled evening entertainment
- Fully Escorted Travel services to and from Holiday Camp
- Full-time contact with parents and children
2. Children ages 8 - 18 can participate in Holiday Camp 2 (two) or 3 (three) week programs.
3. All parents are required to read and explain to their children set of rules encompassed by “Parent’s Handbook” that shall be e-mailed to them timely before start of respective program.
4. The language spoken at camp is English, so a basic knowledge is a pre-requisite. By accepting this Terms and Conditions you confirm ability of your child to have sufficient language skills for participation in Holiday Camp Program.
5. Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is required at all times. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in Holiday Camp is strictly prohibited. Camp rules and instructions of Holiday Camp counselors and staff must be followed at all times.
6. By accepting this Terms and Conditions, parent confirms that his/her child has permission to participate in all camp programs, camp trips, special outings planned and supervised by Holiday Camp.
7. By Accepting this Terms and Conditions parent agrees to have his/her child examined by a licensed health care provider, who will complete the Medical Form (e-mailed to parent separately) documenting required immunization and overall health of the child. This form is due no later than 1 (one) week prior to the child's arrival to camp. Any medical or dietary needs must be made known to the camp management prior to child's arrival.
8. All your child's personal belongings are their own responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to Holiday Camp negligence. Expensive and treasured items such as jewelry, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the camp.
9. All children at Holiday Camp are prohibited from bringing or using all tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.
10. No electronic equipment, including but not limited to: mobile phones, computers, TVs and video games are allowed at camp.
11. Parents agree to support Holiday Camp Program by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of positive conduct. They will discuss constructive concerns, if any, regarding Holiday Camp Program, counselor or staff behavior or company policies with Holiday Camp management.
12. Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, as a result of negligent action of their child.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If we have to make a major change to your holiday, we will offer a suitable alternative if available, or 100% refund, if we are not able, in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable. Compensation will be paid as below if we have to make a major change to your holiday within 4 weeks of holiday commencement, unless the change is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion, act of God, industrial dispute, Government action, epidemic, disease, adverse weather or natural disaster.
15 days or less – 10% of holiday price
The price of your holiday is subject to surcharge due to unforeseen increases in fuel costs, Government action such as increases in VAT or any other Government imposed increases or adverse currency exchange rate variations.
2. In the event you have to cancel your holiday, cancellation fees will apply, as follows:
Cancellation of Holidays:
Up to 121 days prior to commencement - full refundable except 2% of the total holiday price
120 to 56 days prior to commencement - 30% of the total holiday price
55 to 28 days prior to commencement - 45% of the total holiday price
27 to 0 days prior to commencement - 100% of the total holiday price
Cancellation of additional extras:
Travel costs are only refundable for cancellations received more than 7 days prior to holiday commencement
Optional extras such as bedding or camp kits are refundable for holidays cancelled before the day of commencement
PRIVACY NOTICE
Participation in Holiday Camp Program requires you to share both yours and your child’s personal information with Holiday Camp, including names, pictures, addresses, emails, medical data and payment/tax related data.
Holiday Camp will use personal information collected for the purpose of proactive communication and conducting of Holiday Camp Program your child applied for.
Holiday Camp employees, some of whom may be in other countries outside of the UK and European Union will be able to access your information if their work reasonably requires access to fulfill the purposes stated on this form.
If potential legal or compliance concerns are identified, information that you provide may be shared with Holiday Camp's external legal advisors and/or domestic and foreign legal and regulatory authorities.
Documents related to your interaction with Holiday Camp may be reviewed by Holiday Camp’s internal corporate audit department or its external auditors.
Holiday Camp will share your information to respond to information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law.
