Open Enrollment - Minnesota
Open Enrollment allows for NORTH DAKOTA students to enroll in another North Dakota school district other than the student's district of residence.

Student's living outside of North Dakota do not qualify for Open Enrollment.

A Minnesota resident would be required to pay tuition to attend Richland #44 School District, equal to the value received for Foundation Aide (currently around $11,000/student per year).
