Emerging Leaders Program

The MBS Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide senior managers the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and to enhance their impact and effectiveness. The program is designed as a 5 day residential program providing an overview of key topics relevant to leadership within the superannuation sector taught by some of Melbourne Business School's senior faculty and associate professors. It also provides the opportunity for participants to connect with industry peers.

Your application must also be endorsed by the individual you report to. Please provide their details and upload an email or letter with their endorsement of your application. The endorsement should support your application including how the MBS Emerging Leaders Program will support your leadership development.
