GCAA Film Festival 2026

GREATER CONROE FILM FESTIVAL

Please complete this form to be considered for the Greater Conroe Film Festival hosted by the Greater Conroe Arts Alliance on Saturday and Sunday April 11 & 12, 2026.

We are excited to announce we have added Awards for the best entries in our Film Festival this year.

Award recipients will receive either a commemorative statuette or an official certificate. Additional duplicate awards may be ordered if desired.

There will be a non-refundable entry fee per film submitted. You may enter as many films and catagories as you like.

Entry fee: $35 per film
Student entry fee: $20 per film
Student Category is for a Full Time Student (High School or College)

This year's Festival will be juried by a experienced panel of judges, who will select the official award recipents for the following Catagories:

Best Feature Film

Best Short Feature (4 minutes through full length) (if you have questions email)

Best Documentary

Best Family/Children's Film

Best Screenplay

Best Editing

Best Actress

Best Actor

Note: The Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival is a Family Friendly event. Please consider this when submitting your film.

I hereby give my permission to the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival to use and reproduce the video footage, photographs, or voice recordings of my film for promotional purposes. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished video product that may be used in connection herein.
The signature below indicates my permission for the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival to use video footage recorded.

I acknowledge that while I still maintain the rights to the film, the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival reserves the right to use the film for various purposes, which may include but are not limited to:
• promotional video
• video on the websites and social media sites for promotional purposes
• printed materials developed and distributed by the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival.

There is no time-limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic specification of where these materials may be distributed.

I represent and warrant that the video created for submission to the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival competition is original and does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights of any third party. If the video created for submission to the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival becomes the subject of a claim, suit, or allegation of copyright, trademark, or patent infringement, the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or otherwise disqualify the submission.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival, its officers, employees, boards and commissions, volunteers and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, judgments, or damages of any type relating to the production or distribution of the video submitted to the Greater Conroe Arts Film Festival.
