The Colour Tumby Festival is a FREE 2 day bi-annual community event facilitated by the District Council of Tumby Bay (DCTB) with events led by community members, and support provided by amazing volunteers from the Tumby Bay Progress Association, local sports and social clubs, broader community members and our wonderful sponsors.
Once you have completed the application form it will be assessed and you will be advised of the outcome via email.
If accepted, you will receive an email including an invoice for payment.
All general vendors must hold a public liability insurance policy to the value of $10 million.
All food vendors must hold a public liability insurance policy to the value of $20 million and provide FBN.
All gazebos and shade structures are to be adequately weighted on all four (4) legs with a minimum 20kg weight per leg. These terms are Non-negotiable.

**Site fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no show**
Should the event be cancelled due to extreme weather, vendor fees will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee within 30 business days from cancellation.
