    Division Requirements  Races
    Premier Mixed 
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • Maximum of 10 men
    • Steersperson and drummer of either gender
    • Minimum of 16 paddlers required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates

    4 races: two seeding heats (one 250m race and one 500m race), one semi-final race (500m), and one final race (500m)

    Premier Women
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • All paddlers and drummer must be women
    • Steersperson of either gender
    • Minimum of 16 padders required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates

    Community 
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • Novice paddlers only
    • Two free pre-festival practices included with the registration fee 
    • Maximum of 10 men
    • An experienced steersperson and drummer can be provided
    • Minimum of 16 paddlers required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates
    3 races: two seeding heats (both 250m races), and one final race (250m) 
    Specialty: Open
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • Paddlers, drummers, and steersperon of any gender
    • Minimum of 16 paddlers required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates
    2 races: one final 250m race, and one final 500m race
    Specialty: Masters Mixed
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • All paddlers must be 40 years old or older
    • Maximum of 10 men
    • Steersperson and drummer of either gender
    • Minimum of 16 padders is required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates
    1 race: one final 500m race
    Specialty: All Cancer Survivors
    • Standard (20-person) BuK
    • All paddlers must be cancer survivors of any gender
    • Minimum of 16 paddlers is required
    • Roster can include up to 4 alternates
    1 race: one final 500m race
  • Your registration fee must be received by the Seattle Flying Dragons to confirm your registration for the event. Our preferred method of payment for US Clubs is via Zelle transfer from your bank. However, we will also accept payments via Paypal, Credit Card, Check, or Wire Transfer. For all payments, please include a note with your club name so we can match the payment with the registration.

  • After submitting this form, the Team Manager and Head Coach will receive a confirmation email which will include your responses and a link to change your responses at a later date if necessary. 

    Next steps: 

    1. Payments: After submitting this form, you will be redirected to our payment page. You registration is not complete until your registration fee is received!
    2. Rosters for each registered team are required, and will include the names of all participating paddlers, steerspeople, drummers, and alternates.  The digital roster forms will be emailed to the Team Manager and Team Coach starting in March, and will be due by May 31.
    3. Liability Waivers are required for all participating paddlers, steerspeople, drummers, and alternates.  A digital Liability Waiver will be emailed to the Team Manager and Team Coach starting in March, and will be due by May 31. 
    4. Race Grid, Event Schedule, and Tent Assignments will be published no later than June 1.  Please be aware that the schedule may be modified on race day due to weather, equipment, or safety issues. 
    5. Additional Information about parking, accomodations, and amenities will be posted on the website (link).
