5th Dan applications
- Application Letter from KMS Master 6th Dan or Higher
- Video files which contains the following: Koryo, Keumgang, Taebaek, Pyongwon & Kyorugi (Sparring)

8th and 9th Dan Grand Masters who hold a Kukkiwon examiners qualification of 3rd Class or Higher, will be exempt from the requirement to submit supporting video evidence with the application.

6th and 7th Dan Masters who hold a Kukkiwon examiners qualification of 3rd Class or Higher, must submit supporting video evidence with the application.
