Terms & ConditionsFor the Parents/Students '365 Tutorial Service' levies a non-refundable* (conditions apply) fee from the parents for its services. 2 Registered parents/students availing 'Home Tuition services should mandatorily ask for a copy of the ID & Address proof from the personal tutor chosen by them.3. The parents / students need to cross verify the same with '365 Tutorial Service' by writing into us at 365tutoringservice@gmail.com at the earliest. They are also free to run a discreet background check on the tutor and askfor references.4.'365 Tutorial Service' is not responsible for any unforeseen, intentional or unintentional accidental damage caused by thetutor(s) to any living or non-living entity in the house of the parent / student.Ø  If you dislike the services offered by the current tutor, kindly care to inform '365 Tutorial Service' at the earliest. We can find a replacement for you as soon as possible. 5.  '365 Tutorial Service' is confident of assigning a new tutor as requested or find the replacement for a tutor within a minimum3-4 working days from the registration / replacement request.6 . If a registered parent / student are not satisfied with the first tutor provided by '365 Tutorial Service', the parent has thechoice to opt for 02 (two) free replacements without paying additional charge to '365 Tutorial Service'.7. If a registered parent / student want to discontinue the services of a tutor after selecting him / her for the assignment, theyneed to pay the tutor for his / her services utilized and give him / her at least 15 days’ notice and pay the due for that period.8  Don’t Share the details of the Teacher with any of your Friend/Relative/Dearones. (just to maintain the efficiency of your child.)9 Don’t make any Teacher personal for any kind of Academics or any kind of Services if we find such activity. We will cancel the enrollment, and you have to bear the monetary loss of the company.  9. If a registered parent / student are not satisfied with the quality of tutors, even after availing the services of the02 replacement tutors, then they can write into 365tutorialservice@gmail.com and request for a refund. In the caseof such an event taking place, '365 Tutorial Service' reserves the right to investigate the matter and refund the registration amount to the parent after deducting the administrative charges.* Conditions apply 10.  Registered parents / students are requested not make any payment to the tutors without checking and taking a writtenpermission from   '365 Tutorial Service'. We do not take the responsibility of any lump sum advance / contract paymentmade to the tutors without our prior knowledge and permission.11  '365 Tutorial Service' does not guarantee tutor or tuition quality, as it's a very subjective matter.12  '365 Tutorial Service' services are about providing tuition at home. It also includes the tuition services provided by our very senior / reputed teachers from their respective homes.13  Incomplete form will be rejected.
