Stallholder Eligibility
The Otago Artisan Market is dedicated to showcasing handcrafted, artisan products made by local creators. To maintain the integrity of our market, all products must meet one of the following criteria:

Handmade in New Zealand – Items must be handcrafted by the stallholder or their business within New Zealand. We understand that not all materials and supplies are available locally, so the use of imported components is allowed, provided the final product is designed, created, or assembled by you.
Locally Designed – If a product is not made in New Zealand, it must feature the original artwork, design, or creative concept of the stallholder. This includes items such as printed textiles, artwork reproductions, and designed goods manufactured elsewhere.
Local Services & Community Groups – We welcome local service-based businesses, charities, and fundraising groups that provide value to the community.

We strive to create a space that truly represents local talent, creativity, and craftsmanship, ensuring every stallholder brings something unique to our artisan market.

Parking: There is limited parking at the events centre. To ensure we have parking for people wanting to visit and potentially buy our products, please move your car out of the events centre car park once you are finished unloading your items. We also have to be mindful that there is an operating business behind the events centre that still need access and parking to their business.Times: We are open from 9.30am - 1.30pm. Please ensure your stall is open for this full time. It is unfair on people attending at the end of the day and they see empty stalls. The events centre is open from 7.30am for set up.This is an application only and no bookings have been confirmed. No bookings are confirmed until payment is received.I agree to the Stall holder Eligibility above.Each booking is for one business only. Stalls must not be shared between separate businesses. If another business wishes to attend, they must apply for their own stall.
