Purpose of Consent: Federal law requires we obtain your consent before using or disclosing your tax return information for purposes other than preparing or filing your tax returns. By signing below, you authorize RBSK Partners PC to use and disclose your tax return information to MyCPE One (formerly Entigrity) to assist in the data entry process of your tax preparation.
Third-Party Service Providers: The firm may, from time to time and depending on the circumstances, use third-party service providers to serve your account. We may share confidential information about you with these service providers but remain committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information.
Accordingly, we maintain internal policies, procedures, and safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. In addition, we will secure confidentiality agreements with all service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your information, and we will take reasonable precautions to ensure they have appropriate procedures in place to prevent the unauthorized release of your confidential information to others.
In the event we are unable to secure an appropriate confidentiality agreement, you will be asked to provide your consent before we share your confidential information with the third-party service provider. Furthermore, the firm will remain responsible for the work provided by any such third-party service providers.
Duration of Consent: This consent is valid for the duration of the time you are a client of RBSK Partners PC from the date signed unless you notify us in writing to revoke it sooner.
Voluntary Consent: Providing this consent is entirely voluntary. Declining to sign will not affect our preparation or filing of your tax return.
Acknowledgment and Agreement: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this consent form and voluntarily agree to the use and disclosure of my tax return information as described above.
