  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

     1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Gigmas Wishlist 2024 ticket competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by DF Concerts & Events (“Our”, "Us" and "We").  

     

    2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and Our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://www.gigsinscotland.com/info-page/competition-tcs 

     

    3. The Prize Promotion will run through the social media pages of Gigs In
    Scotland (@gigsinscotland).

     

    4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:  

    a) resident in the United Kingdom;  

    b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;  

    c) at least 18 years old  

     

    5. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must:

    a) be following @gigsinscotland on Instagram, Facebook or X

    b) provide your details as required above for the ‘Gigmas Wishlist 2024’ competition within the listed deadline for the Prize Draw.

     

    6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Friday 6th December at 8am and end on Sunday, 15th December at 11.59pm.

     

    7. The Prize is 2x tickets to a show of the winner’s choosing in 2025 run by DF Concerts; subject to availability. Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged. No cash alternative. Travel and accommodation is not provided.

     

    8. There are two Prizes available.

     

    9. Two winners will be selected at random on Monday, 16th December. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified by Tuesday 17th December via email and will be advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 24 hours we reserve the right to select a different Winner.  

     

    10. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.  

     

    11. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
      

    12. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
