Please use the following guidelines when assigning your athlete a ranking: 1 - This athlete is the top coxswain (or close to it) in my program but still has development to do. 3 - This athlete is the top coxswain in my program and in the top 25 in the country. 5 - This athlete is the top coxswain in my program and in the top 6 in the country.
