Understanding of Custom Production: I understand that all products from Mousepady.com are uniquely crafted upon order, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that I receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, I agree to contact Mousepady.com within 30 days of product delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue for a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy: I acknowledge that refunds are credited back via original payment method used when placing the order. If my billing currency is not United States Dollars (USD), I understand that the refund might have exchange fees that I am taking care of.
Multiple Item Issues: If multiple items with the same design are affected, I will provide additional photos or videos showing all affected items together in one frame for verification purposes.
Print Placement Tolerance: I accept that for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches for print placement is acceptable and not considered a defect.
Unsuccessful Deliveries: In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to reasons such as incorrect address or unavailability, I may choose to request a reprint at an additional charge or receive a partial refund.
Responsibility for Order Details: I acknowledge that Mousepady.com is not responsible for errors in size, or other specifications that I have selected incorrectly during the ordering process.
