TERMS & CONDITIONS
Credit sharing is available exclusively for the Premium Pack and is limited to two individuals: the Main Account Holder and one Secondary User.
Authorisation must be submitted and approved before credits can be utilised by the Secondary User.
The Secondary User must agree to abide by PEACH + SILK’s
policies and terms of service

Shared credits are strictly for personal use and may not be transferred to any additional parties.
All personal information provided in the e-authorisation form will be handled in accordance with PEACH + SILK’s
Privacy Policy
and used solely for processing the credit-sharing request.
Shared credits are subject to the same validity and expiry terms as outlined in the credit package details. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or transferred.
Any misuse of shared credits, such as unauthorised transfers or violation of studio policies, may result in the cancellation of credit-sharing privileges for both parties.
PEACH + SILK reserves the right to revoke shared credits at its sole discretion in cases of non-compliance.
The Main Account Holder is fully responsible for resolving any disputes with the Secondary User regarding the use of shared credits. PEACH + SILK will not mediate or intervene in such disputes.
PEACH + SILK reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to shared credits, including but not limited to, approval, revocation, or any policy updates.
