The Quinn scholarships are open to members and their children in the ECOEA district only. This application is specifically for CHILDREN of ECOEA members.

The Quinn Scholarship for Students is open to children of members. The student must be enrolled or accepted in a course of study leading to a degree in education at a degree awarding university or college. The student must be able to document their major through their university in order to receive this scholarship. The $1,500 is paid directly to their university in their name.
