&#13;&#10;Videographer Agreement Terms&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Welcome, and thank you for applying to join the Cam Productions Team! Please carefully review the terms of the agreement below:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Position and Responsibilities:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;You will serve as a Videographer to capture basketball games as assigned.&#13;&#10;Your responsibilities include recording two (2) shots per game: one from the baseline and one from the stands.&#13;&#10;After each game, you must upload the completed footage to the Cam Productions FTP upload portal.&#13;&#10;Compensation:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Payment is $100 per game.&#13;&#10;Payments will be processed on the same day as footage upload, provided the footage meets quality standards and is approved by Cam Productions.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Work-for-Hire and Copyright Transfer:&#13;&#10;All footage and deliverables are considered works-for-hire under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101).&#13;&#10;Cam Productions retains exclusive rights to use, edit, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise exploit the footage for any purpose, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Equipment Requirements:&#13;&#10;You must provide your own equipment, including a high-definition camera.&#13;&#10;You are responsible for maintaining and operating your equipment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Independent Contractor Status:&#13;&#10;This is an independent contractor agreement, and you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Term of Agreement:&#13;&#10;This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis and automatically renews unless terminated by either party with seven (7) days’ written notice.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Termination:&#13;&#10;Cam Productions reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for cause, such as unsatisfactory footage or failure to meet expectations.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. If approved, a copy of this agreement will be sent to you with your signature for your records.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;
