Change & Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellations:
- Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before pick-up.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up.
2. No-Show Policy:
- Full fare charged for no-shows without prior notice.
3. Reservation Changes:
- Changes up to 24 hours before pick-up are free, subject to availability.
- Changes within 24 hours of pick-up may incur a $75 fee.
4. Special Circumstances:
- Rescheduling due to severe weather or unforeseen events is free.
