TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms & Conditions attached form part of this agreement. All Licensees agree to comply with the following:
BOOTH
Delivery and set-up of the exhibit is to be COMPLETED by 3 p.m. Friday, April 25th, 2025, in time for the opening of the show at 4 p.m. Set-up will NOT BE ALLOWED after 3 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with the office.
The Venue is available for set-up on Thursday, April 24th from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday, April 25th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Only Licensees and their set-up crews will be allowed in the Venue during the set-up times.
The Licensee shall not sublet/share any portion of the allocated booth space.
All booths must be maintained and NOT dismantled until closing time at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 27th, 2025.
Booths must be emptied & exhibits removed from the centre no later than 6 pm on Sunday, April 27th, 2025 or Monday, April 28th from 8 am to 12 pm.
Licensee name tags will be provided and available for pick up during load in prior to the show.
Noise levels in each booth should be kept to a minimum so as to not disturb other vendors.
Carpeting is recommended for your booth area. It is not provided by the Venue.
Licensees shall keep within booth boundaries.
Licensees shall provide their own display racks for use in the booth(s). Hydro is available for free at all booths but Licensees shall supply their own extension cords and power bars.
2) BREACH OF CONTRACT
Any breach or non-compliance by the Licensee with the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in the suspension or termination of this agreement by the Licensor, in its discretion. In the event of suspension or termination the Licensee shall immediately vacate the booth and remove all property of the Licensee. The CLS reserves the right to deny future applications from any defaulting Licensee.
3) CANCELLATION POLICY
The Licensee Agreement may not be cancelled, and no refund will be given. The Licensee Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
4) PARKING
Licensee parking is located at the adjacent Fairgrounds. Licensees and their staff MUST park in this area during show hours. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
5) VENUE
The Venue has a complete alarm and monitoring system to provide security from closing in the evening until opening in the morning.
Fire regulations prohibit the operation of any item requiring an open flame. All decorative materials are to be of a fireproof nature.
No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere in the Venue, except as otherwise authorized.
The Venue has been designated as “Smoke Free” under local bylaws.
6) INSURANCE
Liability Insurance Requirement. All Licensees must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance 14 days prior to the event.

For Licensees using their own insurance please submit an Insurance Liability Certificate with a minimum of $5,000,000 insurance and the following information to: Fenelon Falls & District Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 28, Fenelon Falls, Ontario, K0M 1N0 or events@explorefenelonfalls.com.
Additional insured: Fenelon Falls & District Chamber of Commerce 15 Oak Street, Fenelon Falls ON K0M1N0 for the Country Living Show April 25-27, 2025.
7) HOLD HARMLESS
The Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Chamber and the Chamber’s Directors, members, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to all operations performed by or carried out by the Licensee’s agents, employees, servants or anyone for whose acts the Licensee may be held liable, howsoever cause.
8) NO LIABILITY
The Chamber is not responsible for any damage or loss of any articles, items, or equipment, while the Licensee is participating in the Show.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Licence Agreement contains all of the terms and conditions of agreement between the parties. There are no other terns or conditions of the agreement, oral or otherwise, related to this Licence Agreement, except as contained within.
