OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

SMEG x Maranello Alfa Romeo/Alfa Romeo of Oakville Test Drive Campaign:

This contest is conducted by Maranello Alfa Romeo and Alfa Romeo of Oakville dealerships and is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who meet the eligibility requirements as outlined below. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.

1. Contest Period
The contest begins at 3:00 p.m. on December 6, 2024 and ends at 11:59 a.m. on December 31, 2024 (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate:
Participants must be legal residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 years or older, and must have a valid Ontario driver's licence.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Maranello Alfa Romeo, Oakville Alfa Romeo, R. Ferri Automotive, or any of their respective affiliates, as well as their immediate family members or those with whom they reside, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
Participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period to qualify for an entry:
Follow either @MaranelloAlfaRomeo or @AlfaRomeoofOakville on Instagram.
Test Drive an Alfa Romeo Tonale at Maranello Alfa Romeo or Oakville Alfa Romeo during the Contest Period. The test drive must include the participant obtaining a sales quote for the Alfa Romeo Tonale from the sales team.
Additionally, participants must provide their contact information (full name, email address, and phone number) to the dealership during the test drive, and if using the on-line booking form then to confirm their contact information at the test drive.

4. Prize
One (1) SMEG Toaster & Kettle Bundle will be awarded per participating R. Ferri Automotive Alfa Romeo dealership (1 for Maranello Alfa Romeo and 1 for Oakville Alfa Romeo).
Total Prize Value: Approximately $500 CAD.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitutions will be permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on January 3, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner does not respond within ten (10) business days of notification, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Claim
The winner must claim their prize in person at the store location where they completed their test drive by January 31, 2025. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winner must make themselves available and consent to having their picture and presence on social media.

7. General Conditions
By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Maranello Alfa Romeo and/or Alfa Romeo of Oakville for the purpose of administering the contest and as otherwise permitted by law.
The dealership reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules and Regulations or that is found to be fraudulent.
The dealership is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur during the administration of the contest or entry submission process.

8. Release and Indemnification
By entering the contest, participants release Maranello Alfa Romeo, Oakville Alfa Romeo, and their respective employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the contest or prize awarded.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes by the dealership, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
