Students choosing to leave the college must do so in writing. Withdrawal will become effective on the day the completed Program Withdrawal form is received by an administrator. For a student who withdraws from Daoist Traditions, the refund policy will apply as follows: A 100% refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws prior to the first day of class(es) of the semester as noted in the college calendar. Also, a student is eligible for a 100% refund if the class(es) in which the student is officially registered fail to “make” due to sufficient enrollment. A 75% refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from all classes by the 10% point (the middle of the second week of the semester). No refunds will be made after the 10% point of the semester. Tuition money is authorized for a refund only if the student completes the withdrawal procedures. Specific information about withdrawal and refund policies is published in the Student Handbook. The College’s refund policy and Return of Title IV funds procedures are independent of one another. A student who withdraws may be required to return unearned aid and still owe a balance to the college for courses attended. Student accounts must be current in order to register for the following semester. The college reserves the right to dismiss, with prior notice, any student who does not meet the stated financial requirements.

Complete Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling at www.studentloans.gov and list DT as the receiving institution. 3.Complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) at www.studentloans.gov and list DT as the receiving institution. 4. The financial aid office will send all students an email with directions for taking out Graduate PLUS loans.
