2025 VMSD RDFRG Call for Submissions

VMSD’s May/June 2025 issue will feature a special focus on the design firm industry. All contract design firms, architecture firms and independent designers that create retail and commercial interiors are invited to participate. Information from these questions will comprise our annual Retail Design Firm Resource Guide.

The main comprehensive listing of design firms will be featured on vmsd.com year round.

The Top Firms ranking will be published in the print edition of the May/June 2025 issue. You must submit your design firm fees in order to be a part of this ranking. You will still be included in the main listing if you're unable to disclose your fees.

This listing is restricted to contract design firms, architecture firms, independent designers, etc. Submissions from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or event/trade show management companies will be automatically disqualified.

Those who submit their design firm fees (to be included in the rankings table) will receive the opportunity to purchase an enhanced listing for the guide, which includes a bolded listing, the inclusion of a logo and short description about their company. However, this is not mandatory, and if you do not choose to purchase an enhanced listing, you will still be included in the main guide at vmsd.com.
