Important information and dates to remember:
We are needing committments for desired weekends ASAP. Pricing for returning vendors will be $165 per day per 10x10 space, $100 for a 6' table, $65 for roaming.
Payments will be due three weeks before start date of chosen weekends. Once we receive your request we will begin sending contracts and requiring payment to hold your space. There will be no refunds after 14 days prior to start date for each weekend. Accepted vendors may not sell nor share your space without written agreement from the organizers.
Accepted forms of payment will be wire transfer, zelle, money order or cashier's check. No personal or business checks will be accepted. Cash will be accepted after the first two weekends.
Please note: This event is not affiliated with nor sponsored by Dead and Company or the Sphere. It is being held by Las Vegas Shakedown at the Tuscany Suites and Casino and is centrally located, and all weekends currently announced will be held outdoors in the parking lot of the Tuscany Suites. We are expecting to accomodate 100+ vendors and include entertainment and advertising. Unfortunately, we cannot accomdate food or drink vendors.
